Arrival Logistics:

• Participants can arrive on 11/14 the at Portland Airport (PWM). There will be a 4pm and a 7pm shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, please gather in the foyer between the escalator and baggage claim area of the airport
• Alternately, participants can fly into Boston (BOS) on 11/14 and take the Concord Coach Lines bus to arrive at the Portland transportation center by 4pm for the early shuttle and 7pm for the late shuttle. Please gather in the waiting area inside the bus station.

Departure Logistics:

• Participants should schedule their departures from Portland Airport (PWM) after 3pm on 11/17.
• Alternately, participants can be dropped off at the Concord Coach Lines for a 1:30 bus to Boston. Flights from BOS should be scheduled for 5pm or later.

Driving Details:

If you are driving to/from our Newry basecamp:

Arrival: You are free to arrive on the evening of 11/14 beginning at 6pm. We will have dinner around 6pm. The retreat programming will begin at 8:00am on 11/15. Please indicate your planned arrival date and time in the Travel form in the "Course Paperwork" tab.

Departure: The retreat will end around 11:00am on 11/17.
